based on this site i need help for this..anyone can help this in 2 hours from now?
(1) Do not color with crayon or markers – use colored pencils
(2) Indicate your contact lines (boundaries) between rock units with a thin, dark, line
(3) Color neatly, consistently, and within the contact lines (boundaries) that you drew on your map
Helpful hint 1: For Painted Canyon, the contacts between rock types was flat lying. For this exericse, the contact between rock units on Tempe Butte is at an angle (not flat lying). Thus, the contact you draw on your cross section should be at the same angle described in the virtual field trip. It should NOT be horizontal in your cross section.
Helpful hint 2: There are three main rocks in this exercise: (1) sedimentary rocks/sandstone and mudstone (sometimes referred to as red beds); (2) andesite; (3) alluvium. There is a fourth rock mentioned in the virtual field trip, the volcanic ash, that you can include on your map and legend, but this is optional.
Helpful hint 3: For the geologic history part of this exercise, list the following five events in proper order and in bullet form on the worksheet (they are presented here out of order). Place the oldest event at the bottom of your list and the youngest event at the top of your list: rocks are tilted, flooding of modern Salt River deposit sediment (alluvium) and forms terrace, volcanic eruption deposits andesite in lava flow, ancient river deposits layers of sand and mud,
