 Review the video above related to IT governance and thinking of the organization you currently work for or have worked for in the past identify  each of the 4 elements mentioned in the video as it related to that company.  Do you think the company had proper IT governance in place overall based on your findings or do you think they may have been lacking in one or more areas of IT governance.   Be sure to give specific examples and back up your statements with peer reviewed literature from the  library and suggest 1 improvement if an area was lacking.
