Week 1&2 - Corporations have to be in compliance with the laws, regulations

TOPIC-1
Corporations have to be in compliance with the laws, regulations, and standards that govern their business. For example, educational institutions have to be in compliance with FERPA; health organizations have to be in compliance with HIPAA; and professionals that develop information security programs have to consider a range of information security laws (Sarbanes-Oxley Act, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act).
Research the laws, standards, policies, and regulations that you need to consider for your project to be in compliance if you were developing your project for a real-world scenario.
Explain these and provide links to websites that provide information on them. Also describe any security requirements that are relevant and should be addressed in the project design.

TOPIC-2
Even the best designed technology will eventually require changes. This could be due to a need to extend the existing functionality, to make modifications to support changes in the operating environment, or to make an update to leverage new technology. Information technology is subject to the pressure of continuous change; therefore, change must be managed.
Conduct an internet search to identify one technology tool that could be used to manage change to your information technology solution. Identify this change management technology and describe the features the technology provides. Explain how it can promote efficiency in an organization’s ability to create and manage change. Share a link that provides information on the technology tool.
