Fenway Health

Search the Internet for your state health report card and U.S. health report card.

Using your state health report card along with the top 10 health problems nationally, choose two health problems: one from your state and one at the national level.

Investigate epidemiology related to each health problem.

Identify the vulnerable populations most impacted by your chosen health problems.

In your initial post, speak to the following:

Your two (2) chosen health problems

The epidemiological findings

Integrate the vulnerable populations identified along with two interventions from either the Public Health Intervention Wheel or primary/secondary/tertiary levels of promotion.
