1. Discuss how the EEOC determines issues based on protected classes and adverse impact.
2. Discuss what unethical practices an organization might conduct during the recruiting process to cause a possible lawsuit.
3. Find a real-world example of an employee suing an organization for recruitment practices. Do you believe the lawsuit was valid or not? Explain your rationale.
