Organizational Culture Comparison

Choose two organizations that you feel have different organizational cultures, then in a paper of 750-1,000 words, do the following:

1. Explain how these organizations' cultures influence the attitudes and behaviors of employees.
2. Explain which culture you feel is better for employees' psychological well-being, and why.

A minimum of three to four scholary resources are required for this assignment.
