Identify and critically assess a program, policy, or law that attempts to combat terrorists’ use of the Internet, cyberterrorism, or cyber warfare, either in a national or international context. This paper, answers the following questions:

2. Who are the key stakeholders involved in the program, policy, or law? Why are they stakeholders?

3. What are the strengths of this program, policy, or law?

5. How can the program, policy, or law be strengthened?
