Health care has made incredible progress towards creating and expanding the use of informatics. What is the role of the health care leader in implementing and integrating informatics into the organizational culture?

DQ2 Refer to Chapter 9 of the textbook and identify one potential problem in health care. Use the five-stage model for approaching problem solving by Wheatley. What is the aspect of this situation that you think is most important? What new learning did you experience?  Which things get in the way of solutions? How will we work together?

DQ2 In your readings this week, focus on the discussion of leadership in health care as a relational act that really is acting on our own sense of identity, self-esteem, and abilities. Considering these characteristics of yourself, how can you as a leader use these traits to improve and engage in communications within your interprofessional teams?
