EOP Analysis Your supervisor has asked you to refer to the emergency operations plan from another healthcare organization when describing the components of an emergency operations plan. She has provided you with an emergency operations plan; however, she informs you that you may reference another emergency operations plan. As you identify and describe these elements, use your selected emergency operations plan to offer concrete examples. Throughout your analysis, ensure that you are appropriately citing your source. In your analysis of emergency operations plans, address the following:

EOP Recommendations Following your analysis of another organization’s emergency operations plan, your supervisor has asked you to review Great Plains Community Health Center’s own EOP. In your review, analyze Great Plains Community Health Center’s EOP to ensure that it is following best practices and contains all of the necessary elements for an EOP. Use this analysis to do the following:

· Recommend and justify the recommendation for revisions to an emergency management plan.

· Outline a drill or training exercise that could be used for training and testing the emergency response.
